Trustee company: if the client needs to register listed shares, funds, movable values, in the name of a Trustee company, Generale Fiduciaria can offer this service accomplishing every step internally; it carries out the fiduciary administration of interests in stock companies, of listed values and bonds. The Trustee company manages escrow contracts, stock option plans and carries out the activity of tax representative.

Trusts and Family Pacts: Generale Fiduciaria is able to assist in the organisation of structures designed to protect a capital and / or to reorganize the structure of a family fortune while working in team with the family’s professionals. Generale Fiduciaria steps in on the definition of Family Pacts and / or Deeds of Trust and of Letters of Wishes. Generale Fiduciaria prepares Annual Reports and can assist in the administrative day to day execution (activities carried out by Generale Fiduciaria Sagl).

Family Office: Generale Fiduciaria carries out the duties of administrator in family holdings and real estate properties. Generale Fiduciaria has contacts with banks and asset managers, negotiating the fee profiles. It checks the portfolio positions of the client, assessing the risk profile and the costs. It produces a report that breaks down in a completely transparent and independent way the situation and trend of the portfolios. In short, Generale Fiduciaria monitors banks and asset managers.
